Attached please find the current draft of a paper Yves and I are working on describing the planned changes to the Hall A beam line.  If Thia approves, please send it to the Hall A collaboration mailing list.   I can send it to MOLLER, SoLID and a1n/d2n mailing lists but these don't cover everyone that might be interested.   Suggested transmittal message:

"Attached please find the current draft of a paper Yves Roblin and Jay Benesch are writing describing planned changes to the Hall A beam line.   Please send comments and questions to benesch at jlab.org.  "
