[BTeam] [New Logentry] NDXs changed after downtime

The spikes occurred as quads were cycled for lem - see linked entry time.   Lem was required because 1L12-5 had to be bypassed.  It's a C50 and the energy lock zone would have been pushed too hard to make it up.    Pathlength and gang phase were corrected opportunistically so one can't say that the change in momentum distribution was the only possible cause.
