[BTeam] Friday through Monday: proposal

Colleagues, 

The attached was written in response to a query from the Hall C RC, Holly.  The schedule next week is intricate.  

Mark Dalton emailed me asking when the earliest possible beam to Hall A could occur.  In the attached I propose 0830 Monday.   

This is a proposal.  Operations, Yves and I think this is the appropriate course to take.  YMMV.
