Brian didn't elog it.  Pavel noted it in the linked elog.  Since I heard the proximate cause this morning, steering in 4R, I tried to recreate the work.   I checked the allowed correctors in 4R and found only 4R10V was changed.  I was surprised by the number of 5S BPMs that changed, so I also looked at 5SV correctors: no change, figure 1.   In figure 2 I changed the vertical scale of the bottom pane to better show the amplitude of the response in all but the 5S01 BPM.   That BPM is alone in figure 3.   Since the linac BPMs  see all passes I'm surprised that all the 2L2* vertical BPMs show the offset, figure 4.   Figure 5 bottom pane shows that there was ~40 uA fifth pass to Hall C throughout.  Figure 6 shows the linac BPMs are on Auto Select and CW mode as I write.
