Dear Colleagues,

The 7:45am Program Deputy / Halls meeting will restart tomorrow, on Tuesday, September 7, with Halls B and C operational.

At this meeting, the run coordinators provide feedback on the previous 24 hours of operations, and those assembled make any necessary adjustments to the program for the next 24 hours of operations. As part of an overall effort to reduce distractions to the shift crew and streamline progress of the 7:45 meeting, we will be reducing attendance to the minimum required to achieve the meeting purpose.

Please attend this meeting if you are:

   * Program Deputy
   * Crew Chief
   * Director of Operations
   * Deputy Director of Operations
   * Operations Group Leader
   * Deputy Operations Group Leader
   * Operability Group Leader
   * Deputy Operability Group Leader
   * Current Run Coordinator of an experiment taking beam
   * APEL of a hall currently taking beam
   * Optics On-Call
   * Jay Benesch
   * EES department head
   * Engineering Liaison
   * System owner invited by the Program Deputy. This is for situations where the system appears to require attention in the short term, and this will affect plans for the operational program.
   * If you think you should attend because you need to make operations and the experimental staff aware of an issue relevant to the short-term program, let someone in operations leadership know before the meeting and you will be welcome too.

In the past, the 7:45 meeting has been used to report on and respond to issues that don't require programmatic coordination and planning among operations and the experimenters. We expect our experimenters will continue to report the problems at 7:45 and will work with them and the relevant system owners to continue their discussions in smaller, more focused groups.

I would prefer to have this meeting in person, but the status of the pandemic makes this seem unwise.
