This is the link that you should use for the BTEAM today. For some reason, the link embedded in the calendar does not work. Crystal is trying to resolve the issue but meanwhile you can use this link below.

Hi Mike,
I checked zoom instead of my outlook calendar. The correct link is this one:

I checked the controls and their shouldn’t be any reason I can see that you can’t connect.

If this doesn’t work, can you check you’re able to use other links?
