[BTeam] bteam today

Colleagues, 

Attached please find a two page draft TN I sent to Accelerator and Physics Division managers last week.   The only comments I gotten are from Doug Higinbotham, who prefers the 1045/linac and 1030/linac scenarios in that order.  The original plan with 105/1050/1050 may be possible as Joe Meyers found spare MBD coils and there's magnet steel plate in the boneyard.  I hope to get machining cost estimate for two MBDs by COB Thursday.
