Redesign of anode electrode to minimize the beam kick induced by the electrostatic filed asymmetry due to the inverted insulator geometry of the GTS photogun.

Edy :

 Concept  for a  Hall D raster.

Alternate machine scaling approach.

Question :

 Should we go ahead and install shims on BW dogleg magnets in order to reduce occurrences of zero current setpoints ?
