[BTeam] agenda for the 19th and 20th beam studies

Let's talk about the 20th for a moment...
There was a question about whether the INJ PSS "mode 0" configuration could be setup for the new 140kV gun. After speaking with Jerry, it would be better to set this up at the conclusion of the INJ beam study. He recommends the settings be kept (or entered) at the 180kV flavor. He has offered his assistance in making that happen at the beginning of the beam study.
As for the sequence of events, I offer this:

Allow Ops to train up to 0700
*
INJ beam studies will start soon after setting up the INJ PSS "mode 0" at the 180kV settings. If SSG is needed to get this done, we should let them know asap so they can be ready. The beam study can go up to 1600.
*
Open the INJ to allow SSG to come in and change the "mode 0" configuration using the 140kV. They will need to sweep the INJ to make sure the settings take.
*
Open the INJ and leave it open for SSG to move right into their CEBAF ODH certification
We can talk about this (some) tomorrow right after the 0800 meeting.

One more thing...FML has some work happening at the guard shack that will require some boring into the field west of the ISB. This work was planned to happen on the 20th since the SAD. This is your heads up.

At the BTeam meeting, I asked the injector studies to be completed before 2 pm on the 20th. Therefore:
* Operator training can go until 6 am.
* K-Long studies must end at 2 pm on the 20th.
* Riad’s studies were not in the original plan and are scope creep. Sorry, we need to drop them this time to proceed with the shutdown and ODH Certs.
Yves, please, update the schedule based on this input.

The latest the INJ could be opened is 1800. No later than that please. ODH certifications need to happen now.

Actually, if KLong takes 8hrs and begins at 7AM, then photocathode studies another 4hrs, that would put Injector beam studies 12/20 concluding at 7PM...

Hi Yves,
I was under the impression we had until 7AM the morning of 12/20 for OiT training. We've arranged for trainees to arrive at certain times based on this.
Would it be alright for Ops training to go til 7AM, then Injector studies finishing up at 6PM?
