[BTeam] Fw: Back up machine studies for January

Colleagues, 

Looking at Submitted and Approved BSLIst tasks, there appear to be many which have been completed yet not so designated. Please do so.  There are others which cannot be completed until after the solenoids are fixed during the 2024 SAD; it would be good if these were Saved so they do not show up in the queue for the next eight months.

Good morning, Yves, BTeam,

We need to plan machine studies and operator training for January. The first opportunity can come up during the beam restoration if the accelerator is ready before the Hall B is ready, which is possible if the restoration goes smoothly, or the Hall B decides to start later.

Please, come up with the list of machines studies in case we have this opportunity in the beginning of January, around Jan 9th or 10th. Assume, the machine is operational but not the Halls. Low power beam. Duration can be from one shift to one day.
