[BTeam] GEn ended for this run period

After a lengthy discussion, we arrived at the following plan for the 
next few days:
1) End of the GEn experiment for this running period. It's not feasible 
to run the reference cell without the carbon hole foils, and we don't 
know its condition. We don't want to risk rupture of the Be windows.
2) GEn-SBS shifts are CANCELLED through the remainder of this run 
period. I will also email shift crews. Please spread the word. I hear 
Hall C is looking for shift-takers.
3) Don has a lengthy (~36hr) plan to do some studies of the systematics 
for the Moller experiment. If there are any volunteers who would like to 
come to the counting house to help him (note that this is help for the 
future MOLLER experiment), please contact Don. The plan will begin 
sometime this afternoon and continue through Wednesday morning.
4) We plan to open the Hall up for the SAD beginning on Wednesday.
