[BTeam] schedule for tomorrow beam studies and maintenance day

We start MD at 700 am (see Shawn for details) . NL will stay locked up.  In parallel to MD, we will do beam studies in the injector:

Changing Wien filter for B+C . Its -50.0 to optimize for both B and C together and bias towards Hall C.

Check that injector energy is at nominal 118.147 MeV<https://accwiki.acc.jlab.org/do/edit/BTeam/MeV?topicparent=BTeam.BTeam20231128;nowysiwyg=0> /c those two tasks about 2 hours.
