[BTeam] rfcal results

Colleagues,

Attached is a spreadsheet with the results of the rfcal runs of Sept 12 
and 14.  For the 103 cavities measured in the NL, the momentum nominally 
is 1.002 times the momentum measured with the procedure.  For the 84 
cavities measured in the SL, the momentum nominally is 1.04 times the 
momentum measured with the procedure.  Looking at just the 9/12 data, 
the ratios were 1.04 and 1.08 respectively.  Measuring more cavities 
brought the ratios closer to the lem fudge factors of 1.006 and 1.018 
respectively.

There are another 89 cavities that could be measured in the NL and 113 
in the SL.  202 * 1.5 minutes ~ five hours plus overhead, call it one 
shift.  I think it worthwhile, YMMV.
