[BTeam] optics on-call schedule for upcoming year

Colleagues,

 If you are a beam optics person, please let me know of your availability for the coming year (until the SAD in april) so that I can start scheduling.  I am primary starting today., followed by Mike Tiefenback so we are covered for these first two weeks.
