[BTeam] Beam studies and maintenance schedule

Dear BTeamers,

To optimize the facility operations, we will conduct maintenance bi-weekly on Wednesdays. Beam studies will be scheduled bi-weekly on Wednesdays as well but will alternate with maintenance days. So, we will have a maintenance day on the 31st, beam studies in CEBAF on the 7th, maintenance on the 14th, etc. This routine can be changed if there is a strong reason to have maintenance earlier, e.g., to fix equipment. Note that low energy beam studies can be conducted in the injector during maintenance days if they do not interfere with the maintenance program.

So, there will be no beam studies in CEBAF next week. Possible exception are studies to FC1.

To use time efficiently, please, have a list of studies ready in case we have an unexpected opportunity at CEBAF.
Also, think of studies to the injector to FC1 during maintenance days.
