Ken, 

As Yves mentioned, there are unused fields for SOF and GOF in the CED.  The SOF fields should be filled once we decide what the values should be.  GOF is used for arc A pathlength and could be used to relieve dogleg 2 shunt.  I would not put them in CED.  Once values are in CED the CEDtoEPICS cron job will keep them under control.

Should checking the SOF's be part of HCO when returning from a SAM or at least have the values reviewed by Ops per cold start up? My preference would be to have this check included as HCO from Optics.

Very strange assortment of zeroes and differences between higher and first linac passes.  The linac SOFs labeled NL and SL are the long pulse average values.  I am tempted to eliminate all the linac values except 1L and 2L.  Comments?
