Curt,

I would ask this of Physics.  The use of AI in detector data analysis is 
getting someplace.  Free machine-learning tools are being applied at 
storage rings.  There's a little work in Germany adapting LLMs to rings. 
  Given CEBAF's uniqueness, I doubt there will be accelerator 
applications of LLMs here this decade.
