[BTeam] no BTEAM today

Colleagues,

  I am canceling the BTEAM today. We have the all -hands from 1 to 2 which may run late and then another meeting at 3pm which would squeeze a late BTEAM meeting.

 We will reconvene next week where :
    +Max Bruker will discuss the ongoing injector beam studies so far
    + I will discuss a proposal to accelerate the process by which we match the arcs
