    minutes. There was quite a lot of work done by optics and support
    teams on Sunday and Tuesday in light of high current transport
    problems to hall C. I'm out sick today -- Arne or his delegate will

        <p>A long week returning to hall C high current, including
          injector
          match, diagnostics, and Compton issues. Setup of low current
          earlier
          than high current may have been an issue in deferring
          130->100kV
          switch startup issues. BLA system had offset issues that took
          a while
          to track down, partly because of other BLM activity. BSM was
          on;
          turned off later on Tue. Tue PM Hall C Compton high
          backgrounds
          rematched to tune down to ~0.7ish:1 signal/noise. Can run like
          this for a while as long as it's stable. Backgrounds rise to
          30uA
          then seem to level off; counterintuitive? Vacuum rise minimal.
          NL phase changed 0.7 degrees off nominal crest during Compton
          tuning;
          no changes in SL. Anecdotal evidence of energy lock/FFB
          indicates ~1mm
          horizontal motion with lock on; dispersion leakage or just FFB
          target?

            HWP scans. When is next cathode heat/activate? Steve seems
            to think
            this is best done before Hall A comes online in 3 weeks;
            Arne thinks
            it should be decoupled from schedule.

            not work in the 100 kV setup – why not? Are any other
            measurements
            compromised? Did not stay at 100 kV long enough last time to
            include
            some Astra simulation setups into the measurement; it still
            uses
            old settings. Requires ~1-2d office time, ~0.5shift beam
            time; is
            this worth it for a temporary stay at 100 kV?

            (ATLis 10652
            below). Yves could also put FODO in Arc 1/2 and measure
            that;
            requires further planning. Includes complementary RayTrace
            data.
