I'm cancelling today's Beam Transport Team meeting to allow for some of the dust to settle. We'll pick it up again on the 18th.<br><br>In the meantime some announcements:<br><ul><li>During swing and owl shifts the Ops crews will be working on Q0 measurements of the RF zones. There will also be some time spent trying to get fault history data with the intent of minimizing the overall RF trip rate. If you are interested in learning about these activities and helping out Ops please feel free to stop by the control room.</li><li>Arne has made some adjustments to the long range schedule. There will be a presentation at a Commissioning Advisory Board meeting next Monday. The <a href="http://opsweb.acc.jlab.org/TJ3/12GeV_CEBAF/" target="_blank">schedule</a> is at the usual location. During the down time Steve uses the SAD calendar to show the major work flow. It's <a href="https://accweb.acc.jlab.org/calendar/" target="_blank">here</a>. Take a look if you're interested in the details.<br></li><li>The control room staffing for LASOs will resume the first week in March.
