A very humbling effort so far. The optics work that started Thursday evening and converge a bit before mid-night on Friday looks great. However since about 1am this morning we've been chasing an energy instability that results in BLM trips at the high dispersion points (namely 1C12, but sometimes it is other BLMS speak up).

The Arc2 sync. light monitor clearly shows the energy instability, but we've yet to identify the source. Several cavities have been by-passed, all cavities are in the process of being phased up, hoping that the offender will stand up, no luck so far. Aperture check looks great through the A line, but a wobbly beam won't make it through.

the hall is patiently waiting.

If this issue gets resolved, the program is to perform a BCM calibration up to maximum current the beam can delivered or has been authorized and then the Hall will perform a target boiling test. These goals have a drop dead time of 8am tomorrow morning.

CW, a true test of the machine, no place to hide....
