Winter Storm Octavia has derailed the beam restoration. It has
been a challenging day with several hardware issues preventing
progress in the morning and then some re-evaluation of the injector
setup in the afternoon. Due to the expected harsh conditions
brought on by Winter storm Octavia, CEBAF will transition to Hot
Standby this afternoon and remain in that state until the lab
re-opens. Presently this is planned for Wednesday morning. Below
is the complete plan. Items marked with [x] are complete, [ ] items
are not yet complete. <br>

Clearly some attention needs to be paid to the post-Wed plan. I'll
work on that while the snow accumulates. But briefly, we will not
have a maintenance day this week. <br>
