The Fall2016 CEBAF Run Configuration spread sheet has been updated
today. Here are some highlights and thoughts about the upcoming
run:

Hall-A does not transition to 5-pass until Oct. 30

There are four weeks to commission the 5th pass separators

Hall-A requests only 20 microAmperes up to Nov. 23rd, 80
microAmperes between Nov 23d and Dec. 22nd

While it would be great to be able to support 80
microAmperes on day-one, it is not necessary. Anyone think a
high current setup on Oct. 1 will be functional on Nov 23rd?

The spreadsheet configuration page has been updated to include
a "Laser Table" and "Separator" section. You will see there
that:

Hall A&D will receive 499 MHz beam up to Oct 30th

5-pass separator tests, prior to Oct 30th, will be
performed with the C-Laser at 249.5 MHz

Passes used this fall include 1,3,4,5,5.5 (everything except
pass-2)

As with previous runs, the spreadsheet has individual sheets
for accelerator tasks & studies to be performed during
startup and physics operations. I've started to fill these
sheets out, using the incomplete tasks from Spring 2016 as a
start. Please add your tasks to the appropriate sheet.

If you do not have write access to the spreadsheet, email me your
gmail address and I'll share it with you.
