<li>Injector set-up ongoing. We will be sending beam to the ILD later, and reducing the sensitivity of the BLMs 0R09 and 0R08 to bump up the current to the ILD.</li><li>Discussion ongoing about charging viewer. We may try a PID lock of some kind to lock the front end positions.

</li><li>Once we get higher current, PQB will still need to check beam to the ILD. <br>

<div>We are still pushing to beam able to send beam to 1R Thursday. Open questions for this meeting:</div>

<li>Hall A will not be ready for beam until after the 14th, so we are unable to do cross calibration Arc1/ Arc2/ Hall A Dipole strings.</li><ol style="list-style: outside none lower-alpha;">
<li> Do we still do Arc 1 and Arc 2 and wait for Hall A 1st for spin dance to get Hall A Energy measurement.

</li><li> Do we spin up 5 pass beam -> Hall A 5th pass RF stress test -> drop back to 1st pass to hall A for spin dance and Dipole calibration?

<li>Yves said he thinks that dipole field maps have already been updated. Is this true?
