The BSY dump and associated BCM is potentially available to the BLA system on pass 2 if we unlock the supply (which means locking out the MBSY3C supply while we use it... yes, it's an exasperating configuration...). Given that we'll have been down for minimum
of a month by the time we come back up I would remind everyone that we shouldn't be under the illusion things will come back quickly or easily necessarily. I would expect a cold startup with changes in gradient profiles etc as stuff happens when we are down
for this long. Whether we start from first principle from eDT and the model, or iterate from the last setup is of course up for debate. I would personally campaign for the former given that we know we are having some loss issues we don't fully understand.

I recommend BLA system calibration using 1st pass beam to Hall C, for comparison against delivered current at higher pass and energy. Would provide a more direct measurement of incremental pass-2 to pass-5 loss beyone pass-1 loss. We _believe_ at present
that pass-1 loss is small.</div>
