[Bubble] Slides to start the Readiness Review process

Hi Riad,

I eliminated two slides and changed order, see attached.

I don't see how the energy spread of 0.06% will be achieved.  I suspect it's closer to ~50keV/7900keV, or ~0.6%.  We should look at the trade-off between operating the gun at 100keV so the capture is on-crest vs operating at 130keV so we're at higher energy entering the cryounit.
