[Bubble] Training requirements for Bubble Chamber run 2018

Hello,

To be able to participate in the upcoming bubble chamber run, please 
make sure that your training is up to date. This is a list of the 
required trainings:
1. ES&H Orientation (SAF100)
2. Security Awareness for Users (GEN034U)
3. Oxygen Deficiency Hazards (SAF103)
3. Radiological Worker 1 (SAF801C)
4. General Access Radiation Work Permit (SAF801kd)
5. Tunnel Worker Safety Pre-brief (SAF132)

The SAF801C exam should be taken on site. For SAF132, we will schedule 
the walk-through part of the training once CEBAF tunnel is open at the 
start of the shutdown.
