[Bubble] boro-silicate glass

I mentioned to Roger Carlini the concern about alphas created in the 
glass.  He responded with an anecdote about a mineral oil and 
scintillator mixture which attacked its plastic tank.  The cure was to 
paint the inside of the tank with the optical coating used on 
prescription eyeglass lenses to reduce scratches.  One layer would 
likely stop alphas.  This would be a lot cheaper than a quartz vessel. 
Any optical cement, like that used in joining fibers, might do.
