[Bubble] p=5.517 MeV/c beam sizes

Hello everyone,

I looked at the e-log and the archive data for this momentum.  The smaller beam size from the 05162018 wire scanner measurement applies to runs between 2018/05/17 00:17 to 2018/05/17 09:13, and e-log 3575430 reports the quadrupole settings found earlier in the day for this momentum were downloaded to the machine.  The larger beam size from the 05172018 wire scanner measurement applies to runs between 2018/05/17 11:20 to 2018/05/17 14:04, and e-log 3575496 reports the quadrupoles were changed to increase the beam size.
