Dear colleagues,

Please see the attached memo from Mike Maier about business travel
during MEDCON4. Note that travel approvals will be extremely limited
for that period, limited to essential travel where no virtual option
exists and that are time critical. DOE will also still have to approve
*all* travel for the time being, though there is some hope that this
restriction will be lifted soon.

Tristan and the admins are following this process for any travel
requests coming through the systems. Please follow the usual path
of adding travel requests to the travel spreadsheet (even for
virtual conferences), and contact Tristan with specifics if there
is a need for physical travel.

I am hopeful that most of these restrictions will be lifted when we
enter MEDCON3 later this year.
