Good morning,
In case you haven't been informed, the lab will phase out of utilizing BlueJeans for meetings and will transition to Zoom. See below for more information.
*ZOOM FOR VIDEO CONFERENCING (BLUEJEANS ENDING) - JAN. 2022*
The lab recently acquired Zoom Government for videoconferencing and webinars. The CST Division will be working through the details of switching from BlueJeans to Zoom during the month of November with an expected rollout in December. We will provide important details as things progress in order to make this transition as smooth as possible. Our contract with BlueJeans expires at the end of January 2022. This means all meetings scheduled in BlueJeans will need to be rescheduled in
Zoom. Additionally, any recordings of meetings you have in BlueJeans will need to be downloaded before our contract expires. For questions, email the CST Division Help Desk <mailto:helpdesk at jlab.org>.
If you need assistance with rescheduling meetings when we switch to Zoom, please reach out to your admins.
Thank you,
Betty
