[Casa] Juneteenth holiday ok to use over Dec shutdown

Hi folks,

Per Janet Smith,

   Yes, they can use the Juneteenth holiday for one of the shutdown days.
   That is what I am doing with mine, so that I only have to take vacation
   for two days.  Please remind any of your employees that have this benefit
   remaining that it will be lost if not taken by December 31, 2021.

So please use the Juneteenth holiday 8h by the end of the calendar
year if you have not already used it. I'm CC:ing Tristan and Betty so
they can also spread the word among other Accelerator areas if it has
not already been mentioned. Cheers!
