[Casa] Lia Merminga appointed FNAL Director

Dear colleagues,

If you have not heard already, it was announced earlier today that
our colleague and former CASA Director, Lia Merminga, will be the
next Director of Fermilab:

Lia made many contributions to Jefferson Lab and CASA over the years
that she was here, before moving on to SLAC, TRIUMF, and FNAL as
leader of PIP-II. Interestingly, she is becoming Director of the lab
where she worked on E778 for her dissertation work over three decades
ago.

and success as the next Fermilab Director!
