As discussed at the CASA coffee meeting this morning, here is the
link to create a new Remote Work Agreement:

Please discuss with your line manager and fill this in before May 2,
and sign. As I mentioned earlier, we have received guidance not to
approve these documents until we assess at the division level after
the May 2 deadline.
