There will be a scheduled power outage on floors 1,2 and 3 this Saturday, 27 August, from 7 am to 5 pm.  Electrical panel breakers need to be exercised and panel schedule information verified.  This will require turning off breakers to lab areas, offices, conference rooms, storage areas...i.e. and going to these areas and verifying the panel schedule information corresponds to the actual areas affected.  So the electricians will open doors to these areas to verify accuracy.  Please plan ahead 
and power down your equipment prior to Saturday.

If there are labs where power cannot be turned off, please respond to this email and our electrical group will make contact with you to understand your concerns and ensure the room is not part of the verification.
