[Casa] Remote work "Items still pending approval" notices

Hi folks,

Please ignore Remote Work "Items still pending approval" notices for
now. Camille asked Betty about this earlier today, and Betty noted:

"Once determinations are completed, reviewed, and approved we will
proceed with the next step, with supervisors meeting with their
direct staff to have all Remote Work Agreements signed and in effect
no later than June 1."

So basically we are are awaiting division level approvals first, then
we'll follow up with our direct reports promptly. Thanks!
