[Casa] No CASA coffee today

Happy Friday!

I am in an EIC line-by-line requirements review for most of the
morning today, and there is not too much to report, so let's cancel
the CASA coffee today and give everyone a half-hour back.

Please remember to fill in brief biweekly bullets in the Nov 3 biweekly
docx file on Sharepoint that Tristan sent around. Thanks to Alex, Ryan,
River, and Chris who have already entered some info.

Please remember that we "fall back" early Sunday morning, so change
your clocks and exercise situational awareness about the heightened
potential for accidents early in the week. There has been no US
legislative consensus in the House on making DST permanent yet, see

so the US will likely "spring forward" again in the spring.
