[Casa] Reminder: IPAC'23 abstract submission deadline Dec 7

Hi folks,

Alex reminded me this morning that the IPAC'23 abstract deadline is
coming up soon, Dec 7 per the conference webpage at

   https://www.ipac23.org

Please remember to follow the publication process documented at

   https://misportal.jlab.org/ul/publications/help/producing_papers.cfm

and submit copies of abstracts into the submissions queue as well.
Abstracts do not have to be approved in publications before being
submitted to a conference since the abstracts themselves are not
publications, but it is still important to capture all submitted
abstracts in the publications system so we can later track and
capture the publications themselves. Cheers!
