Good morning leaders –

We are currently working on our FY22 DEI Annual Report and would like to visit each of your divisions (open areas) to collect new imagery. These photographs will be utilized not only for this report, but also for general communication.

The photos will be taken by Aileen Devlin, our new Multimedia Photo and Video specialist. We would like to photograph a variety of staff members in various roles, generations, genders, and races/ethnicities. If you have specific photographs in mind that you would like us for to capture, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. We intend to make rounds on *Thursday, October 20th from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday, October 21st from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m*. I will 
contact specific staff members with whom I am familiar with and request an appointment. Please let me know if you have suggested staff members you'd want us to photograph in your respective divisions _no later than Wednesday, October 19th._

We appreciate your assistance with our project as we continually look for ways to make JLab a more inclusive workplace!
