[Casa] Timecard reminder: due COB TODAY

Hi folks,

As a reminder, please fill out your timecard *completely* AND SIGN
by the end of the day TODAY, estimating your hours for tomorrow
(Sep 29) and Friday (Sep 30).

Group leaders and I will be approving time cards by 10 AM TOMORROW
to meet lab end-of-fiscal-year deadlines.
