Dear Colleagues,

There have been early questions regarding what project(s) should be charged while staff attend the December 12 Accelerator/Engineering Winter Status (all hands) meeting.

The modified division policy for any All Hands meetings is:

   * If you remain on site working during the event, charge the project you are working.
   * If you decide to skip the event and leave site, use flex time or take vacation leave.
   * If you attend the event, charge (up to three hours) to Accelerator Division Event (ADEVNT).
