Please note the accountability exercise info in this week's JLab
weekly. I've included it below. We'll take care of those who are
on planned vacation (Ryan) or travel (Todd). Note this exercise
is for JSA staff only; no need for students to take any action
on this. Cheers!

DOE ACCOUNTABILITY EXERCISE - JULY 13

On Thursday, July 13, the lab will conduct a scheduled accountability
exercise for JSA staff. Employees may respond to the exercise via the
link that will be sent in an email or text. You only need to respond
using one method. Follow the instructions when prompted.

The options on the prompt will include:
-Working on-site.
-Teleworking.
-Approved work-related travel.
-On personal leave or scheduled time off.

Supervisors should first account for themselves, then click the link
to monitor the status of your direct reports. Proactively confirm the
status of those workers who you know are off-site (e.g. vacation,
sick, lunch break, etc.) and for direct reports who are unable to
access the system on their own and who have reported their status
directly. Please report any additions you make to the system and any
problems you may have while using the system and provide them to Tina
Johnson at x7611.
