[Casa] Wellworks/insurance subsidy end of year deadline reminder

Hi folks,

A recent doctor's appointment reminded me to remind JLab employees
about the lab's wellness program, Wellworks, that was introduced
earlier this year:

Particularly note the incentives in the "Q. Why should I participate
in JSA’s wellness program?" part of the above FAQ: "Employees who
choose to participate in the wellness program and complete the three
mandated requirements will continue to receive the full 75% health
insurance subsidy."

This needs to be completed (with processing times!) by Dec 31 to
retain the full subsidy. This program has been advertised many times
in the JLab weekly and was also included in the benefits enrollment
materials back in February, but it is easy to forget and I wanted to
remind everyone about it since the end of the year is coming fast, and
one of the items is satisfied at the time you receive a flu or covid
booster.
