[Casa] CASA coffee today: yes

Hi folks,

The event I was supposed to attend this morning didn't materialize,
so I should be around for a CASA coffee meeting at 9 AM.

Regarding questions about possible government shutdown effects on
the lab at the Monday CASA coffee, Mike mentioned yesterday at the
leadership meeting that the lab plans to use unallocated FY23
carryover to fund the lab in case of a shutdown. Lab leadership is
actively working a plan -- it requires a lot of coordination between
moving pieces in end of FY bookkeeping to have a concrete plan, and
it is being worked.
