Hi folks,

Have a conflicting meeting this morning so no CASA coffee today.

At my meeting with Andrei on Friday afternoon, he pointed out the
recent NSAC facilities subcommittee report from Apr 18 -- this was
in draft form, but Friday the subcommittee voted to approve the
report so it is "official":

https://science.osti.gov/-/media/np/nsac/pdf/reports/2024/NSACFacilitiesReport_FullDraft20240418v2.pdf

The table on page 2 is the high-level summary, with EIC and
neutrinoless double beta decay unsurprisingly the only facilities
with the highest ratings (A for both importance and readiness),
consistent with the NSAC LRP.

The lack of positrons or 22 GeV CEBAF upgrade in this report should
not be surprising, as neither were included in the charge from DOE NP.
Nonetheless, it is an interesting read as a complement to the DOE LRP.

                                                 -Todd
