[Casa] NNPD active shooter training Tue Feb 20 in ARC

Hi folks,

Please be aware that the NNPD will hold a training exercise for
academy trainees on ARC floors 3 and 5 on Tue Feb 20. We should
avoid those floors on those days. There should be signage in the
building on those days as reminder, and security will also be
walking the floors on Monday and Tuesday to remind ODU/CNU/JLab
tenants, including us, of the activity. Cheers!
