*On Monday, Aug. 12 and Tuesday, Aug. 13, Jefferson Lab and the FBI  will host law enforcement training in the ARC building on the 3^rd and 4^th floors, with rm. 125 to be used to conduct the classroom phase of the training. There will be signs placed at the entry doors of all impacted floors. Please ensure that all ARC tenants receive the message and that there are no meetings scheduled on these floors during this time. *

Hi all-

Because we are only sending to a small distro list, it makes sense that one of you be the one to send this message. I adjusted the signatory but obviously this could come from any of you. I recommend that it is sent this week. We would also like to add an announcement in the Weekly as well so as not to stress anyone out if they happen to walk through.

Do you agree? If so, who will send? I believe it came from Tina last time but it could come from any of you.
