[Casa] JLAAC dates confirmed as Feb 4-6 2025

Hi folks,

Just a heads-up that the JLab Accelerator Advisory Committee dates
this year are now confirmed for Feb 4-6 2025. Leadership is aware
that this overlaps with the second week of the winter USPAS session.
We'll work with division leadership, AlexB, and others who might
have conflicts to see if we can make arrangements. More soon -- I
just wanted to get this on people's calendars for awareness.
