[Casa] Monitors and property passes for CASA move

Hi CASA folks,

Here is some more information about borrowing monitors on property
passes during the CASA move period:

   - Property passes can be filled out here ("Fill out a new form."):

       https://misportal.jlab.org/railsForms/property_passes

     I'm including an example of the text I used for a monitor property
     pass during MEDCON-5 for a monitor with no property tag or Asset ID.

   - An item description usually suffices, along with an estimated
     price, but please do try to locate and specify the serial number
     if you can.

   - Andrew and I both have nice 27" Thunderbolt/USB-C compatible
     Jlab monitors available for home loan. They work best with Macs
     but probably work fine for any laptop with USB-C ports. Just
     let me know.

We should be able to bring some monitors back to JLab when we set
up the Building 87 conference room work hot desk work spaces, but
that is unlikely to happen before we have to move out of the ARC
later this month.
