[Casa] Move date: Mon Sep 8

Hi folks,

I've received news from Christian Whalen that the movers have booked
the date of *Monday September 8*. This is now a hard deadline for
completing the cleanout of spaces in the ARC. I encourage everyone
to be finished in the week before this date -- remember that Sep 1
is Labor Day and therefore a lab holiday.

Remember to label both ends of boxes that are going to storage or
archival with your name (or the original person's name), CASA, and
the date. Partition items according to

   - Trash (we can make boxes of trash for easier disposal)
   - Recycle (paper recycling in particular)
   - Library (barcoded books or books we are donating)
   - Archival (notes and documents <10y old from retirees; older
     than 10y can be trashed/recycled unless they have historical
     significance to the lab)
   - Long-term storage (things you do not need for a while that will
     be stored offsite)
   - Short-term storage (things you need sooner that Tristan and I
     will store in the Building 87 office)
   - Personal items (that should go home with you)

I have staging areas in my office in the ARC that are labeled for
Building 87, Archive, storage, and the library. Please move things
there when you have boxes ready, and use the cart to transport
anything heavy.

Thanks to everyone who has worked hard to be finished already! There
are quite a few cubicles (Andrew, Sadiq, Nick, Dennis, He, Kirsten)
that I have marked as "done".

I will be on vacation Sep 5-15, so I'll be away the day of the actual
move and the week afterwards. I figure everyone should plan to work
remotely except those who are supporting operations that can "occupy
MCC" as we have been doing recently. The Building 87 conversions are
definitely not going to happen on this timescale so we will not have
hot desks there available for a while.
